  1. Certificate of Incorporation (to be obtained for each foreign corporate shareholder) and /or Copy of passport/ Certificate of Nationality (to be obtained or prepared individually for each natural person shareholder).

  1. Power of attorney appointing UHY L&C Company, Certified Public Accountants, to apply for the foreign company investment.

  1. List of the foreign Investor(s), including name, nationality, amount of investment, and place of residence.

  1. Bank's advice of inward remittance, exchange memo, and bank deposit certificate evidencing amount of investment capital remitted to a Taiwan bank. Such capital must be transferred through bank transfer.

  1. List of shareholder(s) of Taiwan Company, including name, nationality, amount of investment, and place of residence.

  1. List of directors (minimum 3) and supervisor(s) (minimum 1), including name, nationality, amount of investment, and place of residence.

  1. Bank deposit book evidencing receipt of total paid-in capital.

  1. Power of Attorney-Representative(s) of foreign corporate shareholder(s).

  1. Power of Attorney-Directors of foreign corporate shareholder(s).

  1. Power of Attorney-Supervisor(s) of foreign corporate shareholder(s).

  1. Consent to Act as Chairman of Board of Directors, or Director, or Supervisor, (to be prepared individually for each natural person of Chairman of board of directors, director, and supervisor).

  1. Copy of idenfication card (Taiwanese) or copy of passport / certificate of nationality (foreign individual) of all promoter shareholders.

  1. Chops of the company, of promoter shareholders, of all directors and of all supervisor(s). (L & C Company can be engaged to produce these chops.)

  1. Copy of building tax receipt, office lease agreement, building title and usage certificates of the office to be located. (Office must be located at approved commercial or office area.)

    1. Documents are required to be notarized by a notary public and attested to by the nearest Embassy, Consulate or a Representative of the government of Taiwan, the Republic of China, in the country in which the foreign company reside.
    2. Sample documents will be provided by us.
